The reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff were amazing, accommodating, friendly, and fast. The on-site bar and restaurant offered an excellent selection of local and foreign wines. The easy access to a wide variety of wines was a great way for us to sample the local offerings by glass. We never had the same wine twice and each one was great. The breakfast was also great. We had it for one day and were very satisfied. The variety of meats, cereals, eggs, and fruit were all excellent and the orange juice machine was amazing. The coffee machine also had great coffee. The lounge area was well furnished and was always in use. This created an amazing hang out atmosphere. The hotel lounge was clearly the place to start or end a night and that was something that we did not anticipate prior to arrival. This was one of the best parts of the entire hotel experience. It was also close to the market so we were able to go there for our daily churros and hot chocolate.

Beautiful property, thoughtfully and tastefully presented. It feels special and has touches of luxury. The best location for exploring the old town and enjoying the many, many restaurants and historical sites in this vibrant area. Although our room was an entry level room, it was large and very comfortable. Toiletries in the bathroom were gorgeous and towels big and fluffy. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining area and was high quality with a wide range of fresh items. It’s not a full English if that’s what you’re after. Drinks in the lobby bar are really well priced compared to usual hotel drinks offerings - recommend trying the Canary wines on offer. Rooftop space is special and the gym probably has the best views of any I have used. Gym was well equipped, air conditioned and has water and towels.

The staff at this restaurant were excellent. The receptionists were always willing to help us with booking taxis, taking public transport, recommending restaurants and popular sights. The waitresses and bar staff were accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. My colleague thought the bed was the comfiest she had ever slept in at a hotel. The room temperature was perfect and easily adjustable. The lobby had a great atmosphere in the evenings and was a relaxing comfortable place to rest during the day. The gym was bright and had all of the equipment I needed and the standard of cleaning was excellent in the adjoining toilets.

This hotel is really exceptional. The views are stunning, there are lots of places to sit and relax, it’s right in the centre of town, the jacuzzi is phenomenal. Breakfast was really great. Good security - you had to swipe your key to get the lift to work. The hotel is very close to this amazing food market.
